Love my mini-mites too.  I use them with a Wyred4Sound STP pre and a pair of Zu Essence speakers.  I did swap in Sed Winged C EL34 tubes.  Love this combo.  I don't do a lot of CD's though, as I have that music in my computer based source, for when I am not spinning vinyl.

Dear Frihed how goes with your Audio note cd 3.1, I ask because I maybe consider buying a Audio note cd 3.1
