Can a Balanced Max Amp with DAC and ALPS Be used to power another headphone amplifier/Preamp??

I am just wondering, from a versatility point of view, can I use my Balanced Max as a power amplifier to run my Stax SRM007t or Stax SRM007ta Tubed Ampliier which would be operating as a Preamplifier??

I am asking this question to see what changes in sound could occur?

It's more like you're using it as a pre-amp to the pre-amp stageof your Stax, but sure, you can do it. In fact, it's a good way to get crossfeed to your Stax.
