hello i ve got sony nwza828 ,the sound is clean, but not strong, the sound is limited in europe , i need a trick or a flash or firmware please , give me your firmware us or uk please
sony not insured for the European

First check to see if AVLS is turned on. If it is turn it off.

If not, enter the service mode:

In the Home menu, put the player into [HOLD]
Hold down [OPTION] then:
up, up, down, down, right, left, up , down, up ,down, right, play

And check if the volume limiter is turn on.

Did you manage to turn off your limiter ?

Its not under Audio, its under "Other" and then SPSET (sound pressure set)

Please advise if this worked for you and i am considering buying an A729 out of the UK.
