I wanted to add that I will entertain interesting trades for this...

I recently built this and now I am looking to downsize to a high quality integrated amp with built in phono stage. It is built into an old Sony tuner chassis which I put a mahogany face on. On the back you see evidence of its
former life with a few extra holes. This is THE budget solid state phono stage if you are getting into vinyl(or are already there!). Gold plated jacks, star grounding, IEC connector with built in fuse for experimenting with different power cords(if you are into that). It is actually nicer than I need considering the number of records I have so I am downgrading. I am looking for $200 shipped via USPS first class mail in the conus. I am open to offers.

I'm dropping this to $150 shipped in the conus so I can avoid the "bay". The kit is $130, which doesn't include shipping, the chassis, jacks, wire, standoffs, cord, switch, etc.(all of which are included in this sale)

So tempted to buy this too! But I need an amp/preamp combo. Are you sure you don't want the K271s?

Hey, what's wrong with your "Sony receiver from the basement"
It basically can't power my turntable. At max, it's still really quiet and distorts, so I only use speakers so far. It powers them ok.

I could be wrong but your B&O turntable may have a MC(moving coil) cartridge, which is much lower output than a MM(moving magnet). Almost certainly your receiver is set up for MM.

And bump

I didn't understand that last sentence.
It isn't really a receiver. It's more a "micro hifi" I guess.
