I ordered what I thought were original SR225 just a few days ago.. They haven't been shipped yet.. I'm wondering if they'll turn out to be the 225i. If they are, I'd like to trade with someone for an original 225. I don't like change!

I think Bullseye would be interested in hearing your proposal, adion.

Not yet.

I might keep them, they are becoming "vintage" every day Plus i do not like the looks so much. However if the reviews put them as a better pair and if at the shop i bought them won't change them to the new version, I might get back to him

The new looks is kinda ****ty to be honest. I like the old Grados. And i'm sure the new ones will sound worse cause everytime they upgrade something they usually do something bad :PP

Oh man, the urge to upgrade to a SR225i is getting stronger and stronger...

I'm eagerly awaiting a side-by-side comparison of the SR225 and the SR225i

@Azathoth:
Yea, same here. With the recent SR225 price drop it's oh so tempting..
If only someone can confirm that the SR225i do sound good enough to overlook that cheap new look..
