Video tutorial of removing grado badges?

I want to remove my SR60's bad and make them look sexy as hell. But I am to scared that I will break them in the process. D:

There might be a video on metacafe...otherwise if you do break the screen/mesh, you can always replace it with a more durable metal one

Does anybody else remember that other person a month or so ago that tried to remove the "badges" by force, and it turned out to be a complete twisted mess?
