They had an open box 8xx for 39.99 at circuit city yesterday, it's the last dap they have left, I assume it's the 4 gig model for 39.99. Hmm, hard to pass up such a deal....

Yeah, it was definitely the S639, the one with the tiny screen and FM radio. When you say the S729, do you mean the S739? There was an A729 (same as the 829 but without bluetooth) but I don't remember an S729. I get really confused with all the different letters and numbers Sony use

The P series laptop was delayed almost 1-2 weeks, so if anything mid may for the x series. mention you would prefer to spend your money with sony but if a may release is firm, then perhaps another company will get your money.

WOW.. where's the slide-out 12in touchscreen LCD? :P

The speaker come handy when commuting, no need for noise canceling function.

well the I would imagine the price will relfect what is already on the market, ipod touch, and since only the 32 gb model will be in canada, I am hoping for starting price of 399.
