My nearest Wal-Mart, in Corsicana, Texas, has about ten left. Didn't see the price, but they were selling them for $49.99.

Me, too, but I guess folks would rather have iPods, even thought the Clip is cheaper, and sounds better IMHO. People are still more familiar with iPods, also, or at least, around these parts.

Can anyone buy one of these for me? I am in Australia and it isn't available here. I can't seem to find any stores that will ship to Australia without charging lots of $.

Are you only looking for the 8GB model? They sold out long ago here also, but the 2GB and 4GB can be had for relatively cheap.
