Lavry DA11

I just found this on the Lavry Web site.

USB input, remote control, and something that sounds like an adjustable crossfeed circuit

Has anyone heard this yet?

Nice find, it may be my future DAC, if it will be around 1100-1200$ it will be a must buy!

I do not love just one thing about lavry: their Casework looks not so beautifull as, say Benchmark DAC1, apart from that this thing will "sing"

He seems to have addressed the issues with the DA-10 such as USB input, single-ended conversation and included what appears to be an adjustable cross-feed filter.

I posted on his forum and he gave a few more details. Availability is now and tghe price is $1480.

He also took care of the click protection on power on/off. More to follow...

The price is not bad if it's a good piece of gear. I think it's a direct competitor with the DAC1 USB.

Looks comfortably studioish.

If the DA10 was any indicator, the MSRP might also be the street price. I don't recall seeing discounting on the DA10 on any large front.

WOW! USB input is nice to have. That's what I was waiting for before pulling the trigger on the DA10.

Wow I have been waiting for this for a long time. I hope the USB is asynchronous mode.

Price in the US will be $1480 - I emailed Lavry last night to ask about ordering direct and price; told me I need to get it through the distributor in my country and that price is $1480.

Just when I was starting to think about a computer based source ! It looks like the perfect DAC for me

Really nice to see Lavry coming out with an USB DAC as well.
Someone taking one for the team?

Although it will only have a USB input, I am waiting for the Ayre QB-9 USB D/A converter. It is optimized for computer based playback and Ayre has never released a less than excellent product.
