FS: Dact CT-2 passive volume control

If you have a single source like a CD player and want to connect to an amp without spending several thousand on a good preamp, this is a cost effective way of doing so. This unit is very clean and has the dynamics and details of expensive preamps. It requires no power and just hooks between your source and amp.

This unit is about 8 months old and has been used very sparingly. I used it for a little while with my K-1000's, but ended up wanting to connect multiple sources so I had to go with a full blow preamp. It is wired internally with Cardas Cross cables and uses Cardas RCA's as well. It has a few minor scratches on the box (it came like that), but works fine.

I'm asking $175 for this delivered. Sorry, but my price is firm and is for delivery in the US only.

Thanks for looking!

I'm going to have to double check with my friend that built this, but I'm pretty sure it would be the 10K input impedence version. I had no problems with any of my sources- Arcam FMJ CD23, Xindak SCD-2, Exposure 2010, and a Marantz A19. I'll post as soon as I confirm for sure.

Thanks!
