Need a 3.5mm to 2.5mm Adapter

Now that I'm listening to music on my Samsung Juke quite frequently, I was just wondering. I have a Bose Mobile Communications Kit with a Bose-Branded 3.5mm to 2.5mm Adapter (On the Right):

Is there a 3.5mm to 2.5mm Adapter with better sound quality?

Adapter shouldn't change anything to the sound so don't look for ones that can make better SQ.

Well. There is a small stretch of wire in this adapter so wouldn't that make a small difference?

doesn't any wire make a difference? isn't that why some companies just make straight no-wire adapters?

Lil Knight is trying to say that getting another cable is not going to better. I agree with him. Come on, it's a phone ffs.

If you however don't like it for some reason get something that has a high quality 2.5mm plug. Budget ones simply don't cut it as they are easily bent. You can check the DIY cable thread. There is a picture of the same adapter I made and the 2.5mm appeared to be KIA.

Also I would stay away from the no-wire adapters. They put stress on the Samsun's jack.
