Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium or Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatality?

Thread Starter
Ok I'm looking to buy a new sound card. I am currently running a 24bit live external with my desk top that I was using with my laptop. In addition to this I have the Pro Media 2.1's. I listen to music heavily at 320kbs and Flac. My OS is Vista Home Premium 64bit. My question is which is better Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium or Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatality?

Thanks,
Ryan

Of if you have any other suggestions what would be suitable those are welcome.

My current soundcard is the Titanium Fatality series and am using Vista Ultimate x64. If you are planning to use it solely for music, i suggest looking at a DAC or another company. If, however, you are planning to game, the fatality would be a fine choice.
Note: if you can get it in your local area without all the extra stuff, just get the card. It will be cheaper, and the stuff that comes with it is of questionable quality as far as i know.
Someone can correct me on this, but I think the PCI version of the card is less noisy than the PCI-E
