I'd say that's pretty good considering the Edition 8's are my #2 favorite headphones of all time.

LOL, I'm not even gonna try the other filters b/c I'm already satisfied with the sound.

The soundstage of the PFE 232's truly beat the Westone 4's IMO and is on par with the SM3's. The Westone 4's are too cold and the SM3's are too smooth/warm. The PFE 232's...I love.

I exclusively now use the medium silicon tips that come with the 232. They work best for me but I also like the comply foam tips. It's easier and quicker for me to insert the 232's with the silicon tips.

I always liked a V-Shaped sound. I'm using the comply foam tips ^-^

Oh yeah, and I'm using a C&C BH2 amplifier connected to my Ipod touch with a Audiominor Copper LOD. When I first looked at the earphones I was like "man these look so cheap...", but looks can be deceiving ^-^

Seriously impressed with these IEMS. Wasn't expecting much but got ALOT in return. Totally worth it.
If anybody owns the Ultrasone Edition 8's and wants an IEM that shares the same sound signature and is technically on-par with the Ed. 8's, get these.
