The date is set, the Illinois meet will occur on March 14th in Champaign/Urbana. The exact meet venue is not set so I will update this post with the details when they are finalized.
Please post here if you plan to attend and if you know what gear your bringing then also list that.
P.S. Chicago people please realize that Illinois stretches for approximately 350 miles south of you but C/U is only about 140 miles south so get it in gear people

2/13/09 - Venue Update
The meet will be held at the main building of The Busey Bank. The bank is located at 100 W. University, Champaign, IL 61820. A map is located HERE. It is located at the corner of University and Neil streets in downtown Champaign.
We will have access to one large and two small conference rooms as well as the common area between them. There is plenty of space and it is a very nice location. There is off street parking on the east side of the bank which should not be full on a Saturday. Downtown Champaign has access to plenty of eating establishments including an especially nice coffeehouse. I would also suggest a trip over to Glenn Poors Audio-Video while you are in town.
The meet will officially start at 11:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM, but as at most meets those times are "Southern Time" (sorry but I spent 20 years in South Carolina) so they are not hard-and-fast.
So if anybody has been sitting on the fence, get your assets in gear and sign up. For those attending I will send you additional contact information for myself and member vdukeman, who is kindly letting us use the banks facilities on Saturday.
