Fully Golden colored Customs....i saw some MTV artist wearing them..even though his concert was a musical insult..but i saw it ..just to get a better glimpse of his IEMs.


edit:

oh yea.i found the artist..
the guy from some band called N.E.R.D:


thats a distant shot of his IEMs:


their music is like a bad mixture of rap,rock,metal and pop.

X10 ..

On the 'image' front, I think there's something ominous about Senn IE8's darth vader-ish look and a name that ties up with Microsoft's latest browser..

I don't think x10 looks that good. My vote goes to 530. TF10 wins the ugly imo.

I know this is an old thread, but I like the idea. So I'll just throw out my opinions.

For my generation: the Monster line (yes, even the MD)

Classy: Shure SE530, Ortofon EQ-7, Audio Technica CK100

Cool/Funky: Westone 3, IE8

Sleek: Klipsch X10, Klipsch X5, Etymotic HF5

Ugliest: TF10, Earsonics SM3

Um....

I like the Shure SE530s

The clear casing of the UM3Xs won me over however ;)

 

I liked the look of the Triple.Fi 10s.....

 

But I know it's not in the "poll" but I love the look of clear customs :)
