BEST amp for around 200 bucks?

I am going to be using a LOD from a 1G Touch into the amp. A DAC is not necessary. I want the best SQ increase that I can get.

I have heard that the minibox is a good amp, but also the ibasso p3 was a good one also.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I own both and IMO the MiniBox-E+ is the better sounding of the two. However the P3 is about $50 cheaper and I have only compared it w/ the stock op-amps it ships out with.
