Portland PDX Oregon Feb-Mar 09 Meet? - Page 4

Yes, 3 days from now, at high noon. (Wait, does daylight savings affect that?)

Also a reminder that for parking, if you park in the structure, make sure to use the RAC's driveway to enter it. You'll get a yellow ticket at the parking lot's entrance. Bring it with you and have it validated at the front desk. I believe it will cover a good chunk of the parking fee, but perhaps not all.

Hello guys. I will try to be there on Saturday and bring a friend. Although I don't have anything fancy to show off.. :P The coolest thing I've done so far is a cmoy amp.

How many are going to show?

Is there some kind of fee/donation for the floor space?

Is this going to be a kinda show and tell or swap meet?

Side note.. Is there a good place in Portland to purchase Gardo phones?

Cya there!

don't worry..there is going to be plenty of gear and this ends up more of an occasion to catch up and meet new people.
Am guessing there will be at least 10-12 maybe more.
a bit of both..

If anyone has a spare source or 2 , please bring them along

I will be bringing 6 amps
3 stacker variants, the bijou, EHHA and SOHA II

I only have 3 sources - it would be sad to let 1/2 the amps gather dust ..dB

Was thinking about lugging the desktop to the place... but the thing is so heavy... plus I would need to bring a monitor.

Would need a DAC too... analog outs on the sound card are >_> not very good, and there is no way I am lugging the receiver out there.
