Do you think Stefan Audio even had an HD800 to "voice" the Voice?

Hard to say...the SAA guy is a former Sennheiser employee and according to some he still might have some good connections with Sennheiser.
The impression I had in our email exchanges was that he knew some stuff way before it appeared here or on some other online community, but it could just be my impression.

Who's that? (edit: oh, now I got it!) As for the price, looking at some interconnects prices I'm not that suprised tbh.
As I said, had the old Equinox been HD800-compatible I wouldn't even have tought about getting another cable. My choice was mainly based on the experience I had with their products, which was very positive on my setup. The only product I didn't try are the interconnects: I think mines are good enough.
I could even be wrong with my choice, who knows...obvously, I'm not going to get a standard Equinox to do comparisons.

I heard that HD800 release date is further pushed back to late May. Anyone can confirm this?

Ok, second guess why the delay of the HD 800 Sony is taking Sennheiser to court for patent infrindgment!(they look identical)!

I think that voice spread out today. Personally, I never trust voices coming on 1st April.

headrooms site says "Shipping availability is LATE APRIL 2009; Initial quantities are likely to be EXTREMELY limited. "
