iBasso D10 Cobra: comments ?

Anybody tried this DAC/Amp ?
I've read on the iBasso site that it is already out of stock, so I was wandering if anyone of you bought one...

Just check the portable amp section, there's a 19 page thread about it with lot of fuss.

The D10 is a very versatile unit, however if you do not need a portable DAC which accepts optical/coaxial there are smaller options. For example the iBasso D3.

Thanks; I'll read that long thread when I have time.

@mrarroyo: I do need a DAC that accepts optical; that's why I was thinking of D10 (or D1, but they say the newer is better...).

well, actually, "need" is a strong word: I own a Sony CD Walkman with optical output and I was thinking of joining an external DAC to it; I've read on these e-pages that someone did it with satisfactory results.
