x2

Comparing to DACmagic it has the same complement of outputs, so expecting more from a cheaper (significantly) device is on the verge of wishful thinking.

Cuz I thought the DAC_1 will be a little bit cheaper than the CD transport.

From the chinese ld forum:
1680 chinese yun=$260 (6.5 exchange rate). It will be avaliable around end of Match.
168 is a very lucky number in China which means making fortune all the way.

Another interesting product from LD

I might buy this. Looks pretty interesting as it's balanced for $300.

this is a great news..

and great timing..i was just looking for a USB DAC @ $300 and this is perfect...also it has RCA output..so can use with my desktop amp..or maybe get a new LD amp also.

Now the big question..

how do i place the orders?
Don't think they are taking orders yet. If you register on the Little dot forums Category & forums listing - Little-Tube BBS and send DavidZheZhe a message he will notify you when they are available.

Sent him a message approx a week ago and he said they will take orders by the end of the month but 1-3 months before it is available.

Quite happy with my V-DAC at the moment but I think this will look better and neater on my desk under my LD MK III

Man, can't wait. It has absolutely everything I need and nothing I don't. Anyone interested in an MHDT Dialogue II? (not joking ... the non-OS sound just isn't for me, especially with the computer as source)

looks like it will be around $269 plus shipping.

Wolfson chip - with XLR and SE outs.

WOW! that will stop potential DACMagic sales. I personally would wait another 4 weeks until its release.

Wow that sounds VERY nice

Another thing is you can connect up both outputs and select from the front of the device which output you want to use. Both can't be used at the same time. Could do with having two outputs. One going direct to my speakers and one to my amp.

Will go nicely with the LD amps. Seems to perfect for my needs!
