I sell a bit of stuff here and there and always send a confirmation e-mail just to let peolple know that it is in hand and being dealt with. I'm kind of in limbo I don't know what's happening. I've not had a reply to e-mail either
I hope the P3 (if I get it anytime soon) rocks because I'm not blown away by their service so far.

I only received one email from iBasso, and it was in response to an email I had sent them.

After I woke up later, I looked on the website at about 12:30PM PDT and saw that the D3 Python was listed as being temporarily sold out, and that the New iPod Line Out was out of stock. However, the website said that both of these items were available at the time that I placed my order. Since I ordered these Items before they went out of stock, will I get one of the last few units in stock? Or will I have to wait for these items to be re-stocked? |

This was the only email I received from iBasso which came only 4 hours after my message was sent. I was rather worried when I read it, because it didn't really answer my question. I never received a tracking number, which is why I was so surprised when It arrived the wednsday after I ordered it on Sunday morning of that same week. They may have done the same thing to you as well. In any case, it should be there by tomorrow, or Saturday at the very latest.
