Telepathy or Telekinesis? edit: added pyrokinesis and the as-yet-unnamed mental ability of making any girl orgasm uncontrollably with a mere thought. (change 'girl' to what is applicable by your sexual preference)


Let's suppose that the level of telekinesis that you would have is limited to say.. 10-15 times what you could lift physically(no lifting 747's here)

I say telepathy.

What kind of telekensis are we talking about here? Matrix-esque stuff, or something less powerful? with matrix-esque telekensis, i could become the leader of the world, i would simply stop bullets with my hands.

Telepathy, as in read other's mind ? I don't think I would like that, sometimes secrets have their use.

As for Telekensis, that would be cool, move things around, like a Jedi !

telepathy is talking to other people with your head...to great of a chance of forgetting it's "on", i'd go with telekinesis, or dbz powers would be even better...hehe, instant transmission, here I come...

yeah dbz powers would be cool .... super saiyajin 4 without the fur just the powers and strength ...hehe ... train at 1 million times
gravity and barely feel it ... eat alotta damn food like goku yeah id still keep that power...and have a **** load senzu beans with me..

telekenisis, becuase i am a supremely lazy being.


also, if i could lift 10-15 times what i could normally, that means i could easily lift my own body weight, ergo, i could kind of fly.

yeah, exactly, if the telepathy manifests itself as an urge in someones mind, then yes, give me telepathy. Did I mention I'm in love with Angelina Jolie? Oh yeah, this boat is now disembarking in fantasy land... And also, I would have to be able to use the power of great distance perhaps without seeing my intended target.

Telepathy. The human mind is much more fascinating than bending spoons.

Fake or genuine, you decide. Me, I take a skeptical view of most of that site, though I must say I did manage to duplicate one of the images (gotta keep an open mind, you know) in the Media section. suggestion can be made just by talking physically to someone.. if you say the right things.

so i guess there are "levels" of telepathy as well. And levels of telekinesis. and pyrokinesis. Disregarding "levels", i would still choose telepathy. But if any psionic powers did exist, i'm sure they're linked somehow.

I've had dreams where i was telekinetic. so sweet.
