Recently I have been trying to make compilations of different music years with my old CD's. Basically I am archiving a few of my favorite old songs and forming a bunch of compilation cd's.
Now the problem is some of my cds are slightly scratched. I play them through my Philips CDR820 Audio CD Recorder/Player and a certain "CD" have plays PERFECT despite the scratches.
Now when I try to burn these songs onto my computer I get alot of SKIPS in the Audio/Song/Wav File. Is there anyway I can get around this and get a CLEAN WAV COPY onto my computer so I can make my compilations? I have some Mp3s I also use for my compliations--so I want all my songs WAV or MP3s so I can manipulate them.
I know you may be thinking to record using my Philips then transfering to the computer -- but it won't let me because my recorder is actually MESSED UP and won't let me!
Is it just my cheap BURNER in my computer?
How can I get around this? Any suggestions?
Thanks
