Well,Right now I'm in the market of getting Noise canceling headphones .I know Sennhesier PXC350 and PXC450 will sound great in comparison to Philips ,but at the same time I feel they are little heavy for portable use or carry somewhere else and expensive also .

I know head-fi poeple don't like noise canceling headphone ,but I will not be using them while I'm at home ,as I have HD650 or DT770 pro to use .

So,I will like to hear from those who have used this headphone ?how is the SQ and Noise canceling feature .

also ,will I be able to us without portable(Sony NW-A806 ) without Amp ?

I hope at least few people have used these ,since I know people hear don;t give good impression regarding Philips ,but I feel Philips produce nice phones for good price .Its somewhat a underdog here .
