Any idea about when HD800 can be expected in Holland please.

I have no idea when each country will get their initial allocation.

I only know what I posted earlier today - that there will be a batch released in the next few days and after that each national distributor will be told when to expect delivery of their first batch.

I do not know where this first batch is going.

John, did you get any sense at all about the size of the initial run? A couple of dozen, a couple of hundred?

No, I don't know the size of this batch, unfortunately - sorry.

Now the question just remains is how many days is a few?

Finally a good news.

I hope people here will receive their orders sooner rather later, and post reviews.

donkey chasing a carrot

I really hope this is true because it's going to be a big fall if it's not.

I was beginning to feel like a donkey chasing a carrot feeling I was never going to get the carrot. Finally some hope, light at the end of a long tunnel.

Sorry guys, it's not good news (for anyone in the U.S. at least), but it's official.

Todd from TTVJ informed me that Sennheiser called him and said they won't be shipping until June.

This is the point where we take our respect for Sennheiser, spit it on a gum wrapper, and throw it out the window; until such point when Sennheiser USA gains the courage to come on here and tell us what the hell is going wrong with these headphones.

If you just assume it is the July part of June you will be fine. It is what it is. Icing.

When in June, who knows. At this point it's safe to assume nothing Sennheiser tells us with regards to this product can be taken seriously, except for the inevitable prolonging of this product by +1 month every update.
