Please help!

I currently own a pair of sen hd485 and am desperately looking to upgrade. I mostly listen to music on high-quality digital formats (CDs and FLAC files on my computer and apple lossless on my iPod), primarily rock, but also jazz, folk, pop and blues. My main concern is sound quality; I don't own a headphone amp or DAC, and my budget is around $350. I've been looking at AKG K271, AHD2000, ATH-A900 , sr 225 and 325i, but am a complete neophyte in the world of high-end audio and nowhere near a show-room. Any advice or recomendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Get a used Sennheiser HD 580 here on Head-Fi for around $140 and use the other 2 bills to get a Little Dot MK III tube amp - you won't look back.
