Sleek SA6...is this a good deal?

Came across this post on E-Bay...

Seems like a good price to take a chance...

What do you think?

I am torn between the Ety ER-4P and Sleek SA6. Seems like the Sleek have alot of positive feedback for sound quality. Plus they have a little more bass than the Ety. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
