are you sure the ones on eBay will melt??

Andrew, According to the seller, they are rated to 400 degrees. Melting would be unlikely if that's so.

I jumped the gun, thinking these were like the 3M brand ones. I would guess the teflon makes it more impervious to heat. Has anyone had these on for an extended period?
