anyone know how to do this? there were no instructions with the replacement cushion i got and i can't find any online

Pop out the plactic part at the end that says "Made In Ireland", slide out the old one, slide in the new one, pop the plastic part back in, and listen to your favorite music.

Thanks, years after you posted this... I was hesitant to pop that part out until I read your post. It popped out undamaged and snapped right back in after I got the new headband padding in there.
