anyone know how to do this? there were no instructions with the replacement cushion i got and i can't find any online

Pop out the plactic part at the end that says "Made In Ireland", slide out the old one, slide in the new one, pop the plastic part back in, and listen to your favorite music.- necropimp

Call Sennheiser and ask if they can sell you that part. They don't list all available parts on their site.
