hard to tell what is (or was) going on with them.
cannot get a straight answer from them as to wether something is in stock, or not
cannot get them to confirm that they've either: received payment, received your order, or are processing your order.
as far as i could tell, if something is unavailable, you can't change this by email, you need to resubmit the form, on the website. but even then, you want info on that, back to square one i'm afraid.
i know when starting paypal disputes you are meant to give them some time. but their stubbornly vague replies to any communication point to either bogus activity, OR, a totally amateur business.
i got more response from them after starting paypal dispute. i got my refund.
seriously, i've ordered things from german websites where all the buttons & forms are there, i can't speak german but the process is pretty universal in any language. on audiophile china's site, things are missing.
sloppy, very sloppy. avoid.
