[REVIEW] Multiple IEM Shootout v.2 - Page 12

For $60 or less shipped, I think PL50 will work pretty well for you. It is a bit more mid centric but still balance enough for all sort of music. NE-6 will be great if bass is in demand, and Apple dual drivers IEM (if you can score a cheap one on eBay) will be good for analytical listening (or a little bit over $60 for the Maximo iM590). Maybe you'll also want to read a bit more about MEElectronics' IEM. I haven't heard them yet but will probably have them in next two weeks for my v3 review. So far they seem to be received very well by other members

Well I think I'll try out the pl-50 (I'm kind of curious how they do in the mid frequencies) and get to some more expensive ones in the future :P I'll use the cx300s for watching movies :P. Now I just have to decide also which DAP to buy and I'm set. I am using my Nokia XpressMusic atm and I'm not liking it very much, the UI is bad, the id3 tag reading lacks and the volume control plainly sucks . So i'm kind of inbetween clip+ and fuze, since both are low budget and are able to play flac files :P

Anyway thanks for the replies and I'm really looking forward to the v3 shootout!

I would love to review the iE8 if I could just find it cheap enough locally. However I have not plan to review any Monster's products due to various reasons.

Anyway, I currently already have 12 IEM (and a DAP) waiting for review. It probably will take me quite a while to even begin the v3 Shootout but I can tell you now some of them sound really amazing.

Kanon KD-52 and Hippo Boom which don't get included on the v.2 and 6 models from Fischer Audio (Russia),

some of the 'signature' models from fischer audio look great!
FischerAudio Product List

all dynamic? can't find info on what type of drivers they are.
any ideas on when this review will be out? just that in the next couple of weeks I'm more than likely gonna pull the trigger on some se530's and just wondering if there is anything else new to consider (or you could just give us a sneeky on your initial impressions lol)

All dynamic based. The review will be out around the same time as v3 Shootout, which at the fastest is still two weeks away (being optimistic here).

Fischer Audio is Russia based and has a Scandinavian distributor. I am not sure you can find them outside of these places, but if you can - they are most definitely worth a try (especially on the models I am currently reviewing).
