I have an iTouch and I was thinking about getting a iPod Nano for christmas. The new one. I was wondering if the sound would be just as good with a Nano as that of an iTouch.

But via the line-out, the iPods generally sound the same unless you're discussing the "iMod" or classic.

an iTouch is an iPhone (im sure youve heard of this) but without the phone feature. if u live in so cal, how do u not know what an iTouch is? im not making fun of u or anything, but its pretty popular in so cal

There is no model called the iTouch. It is an iPod Touch.
The Touch and Nano should sound similar through the line out dock.
