I'd be interested to read attendees' impressions/comparisons regarding the 007 mk1 and 007 mk2.

In time young skywalker you will be converted to the analog side.... Perhaps you will even enjoy the "B" side on occasion too.

Well since this was my first meet let me just say what a good time I had, and this coming from a dedicated speaker guy. Hearing the 1812 thru the woo 6 and 6se was a freakin' revelation. By spring I will definitely be getting a dedicated head amp.

BTW there was absolutely no comparison of the sound from the KWorks improved Grado 60's and the stock 125's, even with Igor's little optimus player. The 60's absolutely murdered them. After trying the 60's and then the 125's it took all of about 10 secs to get the 125's off my head and switch back to the 60's.

See you guys in the spring!

He linked to them rather than posting thumbnails/fullsize. I think they are on p1

Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio - SiBurning's Album: NY Metro Area Meet December 13, 2008

Made an album of the pictures. It was easier to upload and host it that way. The only problem is they load into the album backwards, so start on page 4 where Fang and I took the train into Harrison. By the way, they got badly compressed in the upload--I converted them too large, so they got resampled by head-fi. That second shot is set up to show the station name in the background... well, a picture is worth 1000 words...

It's huge, so just a link

So you guys got off at Other Platform instead of Harrison? I'm glad you found your way.

Only after Fang remembered he had a friend in the business and called to get us a ride.
