translucent black UE11 with nick. So far, every time I use the UE11’s I'm just as amazed as the first, I'd buy them again

Thanks to everyone for coming no board. All theses HOT !! customs !!!!
I didn't know there was so much sweet sounds out there. It makes me want to get another set just to expand on the artwork. Kind of like my son's old Hotwheels collection. Different moods, different art. and what better reason to try different brands.

WOW!! please tell me more about these. I've been debating wether to get my Ue's with the ambient feature, so that when I perform in small stages, I will be able to hear the drums and the bass guitar. Please tell me how you like the ambient feature etc. Thanks!!

I can't tell you about using it on stage (as I'm no musician), but it's quite simple and works well. You can see the small plug used on the in-ear picture and on the big one (right monitor, lower left bottom). You get two pairs of these with your monitors and just have to stick one in each monitor, they fit well enough so they probably won't get lost. There seems to be no loss in the (-26db) isolation when using the plugs, so I guess if you have a use for the ambient feature, go for it.
(I think the ambient feature makes the monitors slightly bigger where the plug is located, at least it looks like that when comparing to other pictures in here)

I've heard that UE has the best customer support but they're owned by Logitech now and they are the highest upfront price.. I'v always been happy with the support I got for my Hearyourself.com C-3's, and Alien Ears AE-1's but I got mine back when HY was not as busy as they are now and some recent threaders have expressed concerns about slow email response.

Freq's is not back on-line yet so we can hope for the best with them.

And I hear Livewaires is a little behind right now

BUT we're getting a little side-tracked here, I don't want to discount your concerns but There are many threads here abouts where all of your custom questions can be answered.
