They should be able to provided you gave them the complete information about the product and preferably the picture of the product. The lady that is manning the shop is not very good in product knowledge so you must explain to her in detail. Good luck

Do you think the lady would understand if I spoke English?
I don't speak Cantonese..

I would have no idea sry i've never tried (I speak cantonese ) , you could try. If she does I wouldn't expect her to speak that fluently though IIRC the good thing is that she puts everything she sells on display, so that might help.

I just went to music scouffles on 298, for some reason i thought they had the E5, guess they don't. By the way, there is a shop at the computer center in Shum Shui Po that sells the E3 for $55.

Yep, I know that shop as well. It's called A-Grade iirc, not only do they sell the e3's but they also stock daps and memory cards etc. I find that they offer the cheapest prices in both 黃金 (Golden Arcade [the one on G and B1 floors]) and 高登 (Golden Computer Arcade [the one on the 1st floor]).

Edit: I bought my E3 from music souffles. Pretty good service, let me test it beforehand to see if it was working or not.

I can speak fluent cantonese! Learning mandarin though.

I was hoping music scouffles will have the E5, guess they don't...

Has anyone seen the E5 in HK? I asked in the Shum Shui Po computer shops, they said they're not sure when they'll have stock.
