Superb service at headroom!

I had my eyes on a pair of demoed beyer dt-440 and started a conversation via email to headroom. By the time i knew the shipping cost and details, the dt440 were gone from the list.

I was devastated because i really thought it was obvious they were mine.
I do understand why now, and they probably get hundreds of mails from people just browsing. If someone paypals the amount for something then its theirs - final.

So i chose a pair of AD700 and a pair of AKG-k171´s.

Now here comes the extreme part, they offered me a pair of headphones for free as compensation!! I didnt like the pair he offered and asked if i could get another pair that costs the same. No problem. He gave me a pair of Ultrasone HFI-15g for FREE!

Now that is service.

Im not saying they will give you stuff for free, thats not the point, the point is i was a new customer and they tried to make things right for me. I am sure they will handle other matters as good as they handled this (even tho they actually didnt do anything wrong) i will never hesitate to buy from the again.

The products came to me fast and unharmed. They look like new and work flawless.
