Does ups still do C.O.D?

Is there any shipping service that still does cash on delivery? if so, that would be the answer I would think.

UPS does, but it's not perfect. One time they accepted a personal check for a delivery I sent COD, even though I had specifically said not to!!!!

Head-fi should introduce a shopping cart & payment gateway for barter between members - e.g where a member can put something up on a board for sale, have control of adjustin the price and then somebody could add to carty and buy said item- online transactions are policed in 74 countries I believe, im sure theres a payment gateway/shopping cart provider that would be keen to do something with a forum on this size and popularity for free (for advertising etc)

It's called Audiogon + Paypal.

I'm sure though, that Jude doesn't want to be in the slightest responsible for transactions done through the forums.
