I picked this up in a trade and never used it. It's completely stock though there were two opamps included with it so the new owner could swap. I swapped out the LT1364 pictured for a OPA2227 after the picture was taken and that's how it will ship. I've only used it for a few hours and it works perfectly. I'm the second owner so there are a few light marks in the black paint but no exposed metal. It's wired for 230v and I don't think that it can be switched to 117v. Original box is included.
