Head-fi has entire threads on the compass (as well as a really good search function ).

I'm definitely thinking about pulling the trigger on the C2C, but a quick look on the Audio-gd website has me confused.

The C2C is nowhere to be seen, and in its place is the C-2.1.

Is this simply the updated C2C (Neutrik connector and manufactured body)?

C2C then C2 then C2.1 I believe? C-2.1 is a good amp surely

It's (the C2.1) a fair improvement over the C-2C and the C2....the ACSS stages are updated and upgraded to Version 2.0 spec among other notable changes (R-Core transformer replacing the toroidal type) and a rework of the PSU section with other topology improvements vs the C-2C...that being said the older C-2C is a darn good amp ( I have one) but I would love to compare a C2.1 to it so I can quantify the differences on a first hand basis.

Peete.
