A few of my users have the Storm, several of them returned it already because it's kludgy. One of them was having trouble typing because of her long fingernails. I have to say the latest firmware makes it less squirrely. BlackBerry® Software Updates

My gf just got the javelin, and it's a wonderful little device as well. Not much slower than my bold and looks nice and compact.

Javelin? I just heard in a store yesterday that the US won't get that until Jan or Feb. It's been rolled out in Europe I believe. Tempt us with a picture!

was thinking about picking up the bold, but im pretty contempt with my iphone. Which is my fourth. I keep coming back to it.

this is what i'd get right now if it were available on Verizon. i've played with the Storm, i think it sucks.

the only thing that's preventing me from shelling out the early termination fee and defecting to AT&T for an iPhone is the fact that our IT department doesn't support it for push (or pull) email.

I just wanted to say I love my 8830 World Edition, I have it through work and atleast the Telus version comes unlocked. I can confirm that because I just purchased a sim over here in Germany and it works like a charm, saved me a bunch of money.

Longtime Blackberry user here. Currently using an 8310 Curve on AT&T. My company will provide an iPhone, but I need an actual keyboard to be productive. I know this because I have an iPod Touch, and doing email on that thing is painful. I would love to upgrade to a bold for 3G and HTML email, but probably will use the Curve till it breaks.

That's disturbing, because the Curve is easily the worst build quality blackberry I've owned. I've had a 6210, 7100, 8700, 8300, and 8310. The quality on the Curve is still nice, but the others were all built like tanks.

I have an iPhone and I loved it for a while but now I wish I could just get rid of it and use my blackberry, with the software unlock coming in less than a week I may be able to sell the phone for enough to get rid of my contract.

I'm looking at the bold and the storm, but I'm still a WM fanboy at this stage...

Whats the storm like to use? I'm worried about not having a keyboard since I'm quiet attached to the one on my Samsung blackjack.
