Cowon D2 - EQ Settings - Any Suggestions

I've been fooling around with the EQ settings on my D2 and feel a bit like I'm chasing my tail. I'm trying to simply get balanced, best, SQ overall. Any recommendations for the EQ or overall Jet Audio settings?

Big Eat, looks like you have a good collection of headphones. Which headphones are you trying to pair them with the D2?

I usually use it with an amp (SR-71 Black Bird) and either UE-11 or Edition 9

umm, I have an SR071, but no UE-11 or Edition 9. Maybe someone else can help :/

Thanks. In particular, I find the mids a bit pushed to the rear. I like the mids a bit more forward. Any reactions
