Guys, you haven't seen ugly until you see these.

Have these been posted?

lol at the floats, havnt seen those before... in common headphones though, id have to say the frados are pretty ugly (but i love them all the same) and at the risk of getting shot down, the appearance of the hd800's are almost as big a reason as the price tag to why i dont own a pair. i think they look like an artists rendition of what "headphones of the future" would look like in a really bad 90s sci-fi movie.

Here is another example of the new Jecklin Float QA .  However I love this more than SR009 or at the

same level with HE90.   This picture is from the recent Bangkok Hi End Audio Show March 2013

It will also  be in the New York Audio Show this April.

Ach. iDance sent me SEVEN of their headphones to review. Two of them have that gold junk on it. Sound is DREADFUL too.

Without the gold earcups and headband, they look decent.

What is that style called like the Momentums and aviators?

It's practically Panasonic HTX7, they called it retro style

But anything can be retro, like grados or porta pros

I'll just stumble upon headphones like them since marketing names suck

The headphones are called the Hipster, if you were wondering.

Skull crushers look so terrible

The way the headband sticks out looks awful, I rarely wore them outside

I really only used them at night, the vibrations were pretty relaxing

I personally think the AKG K1000 look really strange.  Also Fostex t50rp look pretty horrible...non-the-less I own a pair and they sound amazing...with a couple mods of course wink_face.gif
