A smaller cowon Q5w with a potentially better DAC, Burr-Brown! This have the potential to cause as much hype as those kenwood players, just wait and see............

Seems to be a lot like the D2.

The touchscreen seems recessed, which is unfortunate.

Personally I think the Cowon S9 will take over shortly.

The MPIO V10 was announced back in March. Follow this link for a video of it in action.

It is also important to remember that it is not necessarily how good the DAC chip used is but how well it is implemented.

EDIT: There are also a few pretty long videos of it in action on YouTube.

No Wifi means no go to a lot of people, cant be compared to Iaudio Q series without Internet. Also the screen is too small.

This product is in the Archos/ipod touch class not Kenwood mediakeg.
Its a PMP and most people want wifi on pmps today.

I am no apple fanboy, i only have an ipod touch due to the video playback/games/internet and use a sansa clip for music but no-one has come close to the touch yet as a do it all gadget.

This would be a 100% flawless PMP if the battery life was more than 5 hours for video and if it supported FLAC.

We'll see if they release an updated version in the future with a better battery, and a firmware update with FLAC support.

Then again, WAV might be okay since it has SD expansion. So it just needs a good battery.

5 hours. No FLAC. And does it support gapless playback? If not. This player is practically junk.
