I am upgrading to a GTX280 so this has to go. volt-modded and installed a Zalman aftermarket cooler like this:

only OC'ed via ATITool when playing games. otherwise, the GPU runs on default speed. Quiet, cool running and fast (ok, not as fast as newer GPU's)
unless you are playing Crysis, COD4, Fallout3 and the like, in high res, this would absolutely work for you. also good for HTPC.
open to offers, e*b*a*y has stock ones usually go for around $65. The Zalman cooler is about $30 by itself. conus here
