Burn the iso file to a DVD and play it in a DVD-A compatible player.

How do I know if my DVD writer is DVD-A compatible?
I have the Samsung SH-S202J writer. NCIX.com - Buy Samsung SH-S202J DVD+RW 20X8X16 DVD-RW 20X6X16 DL 12X IDE Black DVD Writer OEM W/ Vista SW - SH-S202J/BEBN In Canada.

If you're burning an ISO you shouldn't have any trouble. DVD-Audio is a standard DVD format. Mastering is a different story, but you already have a mastered disc.

So there is no other way to play a DVD-audio iso file (.VOB) other than burning it?

I think one of the creative soundcards came with software that supported dvd-audio.

Nevermind that. I am using bit perfect onboard Realtek audio codec.
I'll try and bur it and see how it goes.
Can you rip a DVD-Audio in PCM 24/96 (original source) after that?

You can rip DVD-Audio discs (decrypt and convert to high-res, multichannel or stereo WAVs) with DVDARipper (jump to the last pages for download links).

Will that alter in any way the SQ? I want it to sound exactly as the original source.

It rips losslessly. So, no, it will not alter SQ in any way.

Can EAC do a better job?

This is the software I presently have.

What part of "rips losslessly" do you not understand?
Anyway, EAC rips audio CDs only, not DVDs.
