Justin participated in my headphone loan program, having borrowed the SR-60's. He was overly enthusiastic for me to get the program started and the phones sent off to him. Once he had them, he followed only one of the rules appropriately (that of sending me pictures of the package and the headphones upon arrival). He was very late in sending out to the next person on the list and I had to ask repeatedly for him to send them. Once sent, he skimped completely on the shipping and packaging. The deal for the program was that the headphones would be sent double boxed, exactly as they were received. He instead merely wrapped the SR-60's pizza box in paper and sent headphones out. He never sent me the final pictures I required which would have shown the horrible packaging nor did I receive a tracking number which was mandatory. His excuse was that he sent his mother to do the shipping and she said a tracking number to Canada was too much money.
Justin seems very immature and awkward to deal with. I would strongly avoid dealing with him until he grows up and can handle simple transactions. I would fear what might happen with anything more than a $70 headphone.
This comes across as harsh criticism. It is meant to be truthful. I had a deal with Justin, not his mother and I expected the headphones to be shipped properly, on time with the proper tracking information.
