I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the past week.

I talked with Jason on the phone earlier in the week. I find that works better than emailing.

I finally spoke to someone after a few e-mails and voicemails over the past past two weeks. They're moving offices and I guess things are a little chaotic.

Odd they responded fine to me.

They are currently at ces so will be gone for 3-4 days.

I don't know if they are still moving their office, but they are attending the CES so that may keep them quite busy for few days. One of my SA6's is broken and i got two emails last week about how to get a replacement. I replied with some questions but haven't gotten an answer yet. Hope to get an answer next week.
