Are there taxis available in the area?
When you get off the train there are usually taxis waiting curbside. If not you can call Harrison Taxi at 914-835-3400. The dispatcher is right across the street and hopefully they will have a car available.

Is anyone else planning on taking the train? I'm more than happy to pick up people at the station. Vincent, or anyone else, give me a call on my cell phone at 914-815-1664. It would be good if you could PM me tonight and let me know what train you're thinking of taking ahead of time, but not necessary.

It's also not a bad walk but you'll have to be dressed for it. It's going to be about 28 tomorrow.

The hardest part about packing up is that you have to stop listening to music. At least through your headphones.

Too expensive to garage now that I don't need it to commute anymore. So, it's out of town at my parents place. I need to sell it. Anyone want an Audi?

Remind me about it tomorrow and we'll talk

Also, what time are you planning to arrive? I might be able to give you a ride from the train station

Oh man, why am I still up! I won't be able to sleep anyway. See you in less than 12 hours

I would like to come ... thought I would be out-of-town but it turns out the day is free!

I have had HE 60's re-built by Senn and they came today! But I see Vcoheda is bringing HE 60, so I'll leave mine in the box, anyway I have no Senn amp, only Stax-style, so if anyone wants to sell me a Senn-to-Stax termination adapter I will be bringing cash!

I don't see 600-ohm 880's on the list, so I will bring those ... mine have just been modded for bal by Larry at Headphile, and I have no bal source to bring, so hopefully we can all listen to these with some of the fine balanced gear that others are bringing.

I'll bring a decent long extension cord and plug strip (by brainsalad cable). And some import CDs.

Really looking forward to this!

I know the feeling. Midnight, and I haven't really packed yet.
Ah, fouey, I never get more than 5 hours of sleep before these things.

I'll see everyone there tomorrow!

A quick parking tip. There is some street parking right in front of the building (a few spots) as well as some parking on West Street. However, if you are traveling south on Halstead and turn left on West Street, you will need to turn around as there is only parking on the near side of the street. The best bet is to go through the Food City supermarket parking lot and come back around towards Halstead. You will be able to park right on West Street.

Additional landmark: right by the entrance to the hall is a big sign that says "Vote Pro Life".

Sure no problem. That will cost you $200 plus gas and tolls.

I will keep you safe from the cops in NJ and NY... in all likely hood I will end up saving you more money then you would make with me paying you.
