For some reason, one of my ear pieces stopped working. I know it's not the cable either, because I switched the cables between the two pieces. All I did was try to put in a new treble tip for experimentation. I've only had the things for a week, too...and this kind of thing never happened with my Bose triports, which I had for over 3 years. I ordered them from Amazon, but where do I go to send them back for an exchange? I can't believe how fragile these things must be...
