New Hippo Shroom EB - obviously a mix of the Shroom and the VB. ;)

Nice compact set-up there, dfkt. Great pic, too!
It's just for show, since I got both today... I wouldn't really use that Linearossa brick on the go.
This is only a temporary rig, until my Shure yellow foamies for my Marshmallows get here. I sold my Etymotics because I liked the Marshmallows better and I sold my iPod because I never used it (black metal tapes are really all I listen to anymore). If i'm on a train, I just use my laptop. Not pictured is my minidisc player, which I can't find right now.
p.s. your rig is not portable if you can't keep it all in your pockets
You can get it from Jaben in Singapore.

Why do people spend so much on interconnects when they can just get a better IEM?
That 2x viablue would have cost a mid level iem.
i myself love collecting many kind of ICs :D
its fun to hear a different sound signature on each IC
the viablue's are only 10$ a plug
Except the markup is 500%.
I use only the Arrow regularly with my Cowon O2, and rarely ever the Headsix with my S9 (since I hardly ever use my S9 anymore). The Arrow is the only "good" portable amp I know of, the only one that doesn't have any glaring flaws in my opinion.
I've stuck my modified iBasso T4 with 15dB bass boost to my Cowon V5 (since that player has no EQ and I need all the bass I can get for watching videos), but I don't really use that player either. After those amps the next best one is the FiiO E5, in my opinion... go figure how bad the others are. ;)
